    • Unauthorised charges: Transactions made without your consent or knowledge

    Partial Refunds Available For:

    • Mid-cycle cancellations: Pro-rated refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions cancelled after 7 days
    • Service disruptions: Credit for periods of significant service interruption
    • Feature unavailability: If advertised features are not available as described

    Non-Refundable Items

    The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:

    • Used credits: AI credits, export credits, or any consumable resources that have been used
    • Custom development: Any custom features or modifications developed specifically for your account
    • After 7 days: Subscriptions that have passed the 7-day money-back guarantee period
    • Renewal payments: Automatic renewal charges for existing subscriptions (except in cases of billing errors)
    • Third-party services: Any third-party integrations or services purchased through our platform
    • Administrative fees: Processing fees, setup fees, or other one-time charges
    • Terms violations: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
    • Data export services: Fees for bulk data export or migration services

    How to Request a Refund

      Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take additional time to appear on your statement

    Subscription Cancellations and Prorations

    Cancellation Policy

    Proration Policy

    Reactivation

    All charges from KPI Tree Studio will appear as 'KPI STUDIO' on your bank account or credit card statement. If you see a charge labelled 'KPI STUDIO' and don't recognise it, please check if it's from your subscription with us before disputing the charge.

    Before Initiating a Chargeback

    We encourage you to contact us directly before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team, avoiding the lengthy chargeback process.

    Common Dispute Reasons We Can Help With:

    • Unrecognised charges (we can provide detailed transaction information)
    • Duplicate billing (immediate refund for verified duplicates)

    Chargeback Consequences

    Warning: Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account and services. We prefer to work with you directly to resolve any billing concerns.
